I had a nice stay at Koanze Luxury Hotel & Spa. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food, however, wasn't great and felt overpriced. When I raised a concern about my meal, they didn't charge me, which I appreciated. but unfortunately, the pizza I ordered later was inedible.
